Today we learned a great technique!

I explained to the students how images can be transferred to tissue paper by using an inkjet printer.

By simply adhering a piece of tissue paper to an 8.5x11 piece of cardstock (with adult supervision, of course), paper can be run through an inkjet printer to apply the image to the tissue paper. The image is then cut out and applied to their journal pages by applying a layer of glue on the page, then placing the image on top and patting gently. Since the tissue is so thin, it blends right into the journal page seamlessly. Beautiful results!
