Level  2 - Jingle Bells

Remember to play very straight rhythms. The song is mostly quarter notes. Hold half notes and whole notes for their full value.

Level 3 - Folk Tune

Think of the words to "Would You Like a Piece of Bubble Gum for Mother?" when playing. Top lines only.

Level 4 - Wayfaring Stranger

This song is in 3/4 time, so that's three beats to a measure. Be sure to play a LOW D on the second to last note.

Level 5 - Old Brass Wagon

This song has the "yes____ I am!" rhythm. The first couple of measures are... Tiger, tiger, yes___ I am, pig, pig, pig.

This is the last song from the pink book, and it also has the yes____ I am! rhythm in it. Be sure to check your fingering for the new F note.

Level 7 - Rakes of Mallow

Top lines only of this duet. Be aware of the "caterpillar" 16th note rhythms and the "kingfisher" rhythms. The key signature has a B-flat in it!

Level 8 - Kris Kringle

This sounds like a traditional version of Jingle Bells, with a Deck the Halls intro. Watch out for the "yes___ I am rhythm"!

Level 9 - Echod One

Top lines only of this duet. Notice the key signature has 2 flats, B-flat and E-flat.

Level 10 - Echod Two

Bottom lines only of this duet. Key signature still has two flats, be aware of the high A-flat and high F-sharp accidentals in the second line.
